Saving files via otg

This process primarily benefits users who work offline with their Supernote. However, this process can also be another method for users who sync regularly as a secondary backup option.

  1. Navigate to the file you wish to save

    1. Press and hold on the file until an option menu displays on the top.

  2. Hit Copy or Move button

    1. Once the button is hit, the device will navigate to the root folder

  3. Plug in the USB

    1. A new folder for the USB should appear

    2. Open the folder where you wish to save

    3. Hit confirm

Ideas on how to use Keywords, Titles and Stars to create the Table of Contents.

Using my travel journals as the example:

  1. Inside a folder named “Travel”

    1. There are different notebooks separated by continent/subject

  2. Inside the continent notebook named “Asia”

    1. Keywords- Represent important activities/events done

    2. Titles- Represent Cities and Countries in Asia

    3. Stars- Represent bucket list/ adventure list items accomplished

Export notes via QR code

Make sure the Supernote’s wifi is on and connected before doing the following steps.

  1. Press the 3 dots located in the upper right corner of the Supernote

  2. Press the selection for the “Export”

    1. Choose PNG or PDF file

  3. Press “QR Code Sharing”

  4. Allow time for the Supernote to create the QR Code

  5. Share the QR Code (The code is only good for 24 hours)
